Eyes closed, Selena breath in the cool night air and lift up her face, letting it be blown by the breeze. She could feel the freezing sea water and soft cold sand under her toes. This is fantastic, she thought.
The sound of waves breaking onto the sand was bringing back the memories she had been trying to bury. They flow like a troubled water, unstable, fragile, but unstoppable. Selena looked up at the stars for a moment.

Her eyes widened from shock, and she felt a little shaken. He was looking straight into hers with undeniable message. and feelings.

He finally managed to call her name.

Selena looked at a puppy in her lap, and then back to him.
'Jamie?'

Jamie walked towards her, his gaze never left hers. She found it hard to maintain eye contact.
Whatever it was, she could not describe exactly how she was feeling. The only thing she might be sure of was that something was shivering inside
of her.

As he came closer, she stood on her feet, holding the puppy in her arms. unconsciously she held her breath as he drew nearer.
They did nothing but looked at each other for a moment. Both could not manage to speak a word. There was silence, which was not awkward.
Instead, it speaks everything they had been holding back from each other. The unspoken in all these years.

For the first time since the very beginning, he did something he had never foreseen.
Reaching her small figure, he pulled her into his chest, drowning his face into her hair.
